For our second day, we each picked a country and were challenged to create some food from it, make its flag and create a presentation on cool vacation spots there. Abby chose Canada, mostly because she wanted to try her hand at Montreal style bagels, which were excellent:

I chose Thailand and made vegetable spring rolls and mango and sticky rice:

Benji chose Germany on the strength of wanting to try to make soft pretzels:

| He never got to his flag, but her wore a Tyrolean hat when he served his pretzels and cheese dip |
Kevin chose Morocco and made a spiced cauliflower dish. Since he went last, he also cooked dinner to go with his side:
