Spring Engineering Expo

The Engineering students got to show off all of their cool work at CHS. Abby and Elisabeth's projects were by far the most advanced:

Volcano Cake

School ended last week, and it was a huge flurry of activity. For one of her last projects, Abby had to make a volcano cake for earth science. They added dry ice to it when they got to class, and apparently it looked really cool:

We saw an ad in the local paper for a "pop-up" pinball arcade and decided to check it out. It was really fun, with lots of neat games in addition to pinball machines from many different decades:

Visit from Brady/Sugar Hollow Hike

Our friend Brady came down for a visit last weekend and we decided to take him hiking on Saturday afternoon. Because rain was threatening, we decided to stay closer to home and check out a hike at Sugar Hollow:
