The girl scouts met last weekend to simultaneously earn their woodworking badge and begin to work on their Silver Award project.  They are building a prize wheel that they will use to man a booth at Relay for Life:

Last Day of Sunday School 2016

Benji's class had a family program on the last day, so Kevin and I were both in attendance.  The kids did various stations related to the mitzvot they learned about this year:

Making tzedakah boxes

Playing their "mitzvah" games

Benji was very excited to show us the mitzvah tree

Making faces out of 5 random lines

Mitzvah reminder magnet

Wonder

While we were up in the DC area, we decided to stop by the Renwick Gallery (part of the Smithsonian Museum of Art) to see the Wonder exhibit, which got rave reviews.  It was just as cool as promised:

When we got out of the exhibit, the line was around the block (we had walked right in at 9:15am) and it was just drizzling lightly, so we decided to walk the half block over to the White House:

At which point it started pouring and we had to make a run for the car. :)
