Road Trip Day #3: Easter and Florida

We woke up on Easter Sunday in Savannah and had a quiet Easter morning in the hotel. The kids spent some time checking out their Easter baskets:

And then we let them swim for a while before packing up for the longest leg of our trip

We stopped about halfway to West Palm for an extended break at Flagler Beach.  We thought we might just walk along the shore a bit and look at shells, but the kids really wanted to wade in. We did ask them to try not to get too wet, but that fell on deaf ears:

Once we got back to the car (and got the kids changed into dry clothes) we made a last push and got to Grandpa Steve's house about 8:30pm, ready for a few days break from the road.
