Because it fell on the Monday after spring break (and a weekend of holiday celebrations), this was a fairly low key birthday. I got up early enough to take Benji to grab breakfast at Panera before school, and we opened presents after Kevin got home from work. The centerpiece of the celebration was dinner at The Melting Pot for the first time in 4 years:
