We had a vague plan to get back to Hanover by dinnertime, so that gave us all morning and part of the afternoon to spend in Maine. After much discussion, we decided to head back to Portland to take an actual tour of the city. We chose a fire truck tour because we liked the look of it when we passed by the day before:

After the tour, we were all ready to get back in the car (it was hot), but at the last minute decided to veer of to Cape Elizabeth, where Portland's iconic lighthouse is located. And there was pie:
