Lakes Road Trip 2019: Trois Rivieres

We left Montreal after breakfast and headed out towards Quebec City, with a lunch stop in Trois Rivieres, a cute little city about halfway between the two metropolises. We took some time to walk around Trois Rivieres, which has its own Old City and lots of history:



We stopped to take a tour of St. James Anglican Church, which had very neat artwork:






We also walked past and enjoyed the Cathedral (Urseline), but decided one church tour was enough:




We finished with lunch at a vegan cafe, where we got our first (and only) taste of vegan poutine (none of us loved it):
